Questions owners ask
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Start with just Grooming or Boarding, and switch on more modules whenever you grow. Your price changes with your plan.
Will my staff see modules I didn't buy?
No. The app and the web console only show the modules on your plan. You can go further and give each role its own modules, so a groomer sees only Grooming and a doctor sees only the clinical screens.
Does the AI decide the treatment?
Never. The AI suggests medicines, doses and notes, and checks for safety issues. Nothing is added to a prescription until the doctor adds it.
What if the internet goes down?
Lazzydogo keeps showing the data you've already opened, and lets you keep adding bookings, consultations and prescriptions. Everything syncs when you're back online. Payments need internet.
Is GST included in the price?
Module prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added on your subscription invoice.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Lazzydogo has an app for iPhone and Android, and it also works in any browser on a laptop or tablet.
How do I pay?
Pay online by UPI, card or net banking. You can turn on auto-pay so your plan renews every month or year.
